Exactly what I needed. If using a jig saw to cut you must cut very slowly. Blade speed at a few strokes per second. Easily bent with a heat gun. Nice prod!

Heavy duty as I bought the 1/8 inch size, shiny on one side and grainy texture on the other. I intend to cut a piece to fit a "cut-out" of the splash shield to get at the oil drain plug and oil filter on Japanese vehicles rather than remove 20 plus clips that take forever to remove just to change the oil. Done it twice , which is why I bought this item. The black plastic of "Splash Shields" can be rather long and difficult to remove and difficult to replace, not only that "SOME" of the clips are slightly LONGER than the majority of clips. So that has to be noted and keep longer clips SEPARATE. The reason some are longer is that they also hold thicker splash shields toward the font of engines or near the front tires. It is obvious when you come clips and then separate the longer ones that go through TWO splash shields. I can see uses for the grainy side to cut -out (which is not an espionage term) which is for mounting a switch or two or three underneath the dash panel for interior lighting, power to a CB Radio, Power to an auxilary horn switch or to hold a momentary contact switch for an auxiliary Horn that would be much louder than the pip-sqeak horn from the factory. Any momentary contact will be held by the 1/8 inch ABS BLACK PLASTIC, which is the same type of ABS plastic that DWplastic plumbing pipe. So its unlikely to crack. Recommend 1/8 inch at it will of course be less flexible but should last forever in a car or truck. For a rough edge it will need to be sanded by wet-or-dry black sanding paper, only on the edge for a finished look. One could also add outlets for C- or Micro USB, or Lighting cables for charging phones or other devises. a good product that takes a little work. It can also be bent by use of a heat gun but assistance is needed to shape it into a right angle or less than a right angle or even an obtuse angle depending upon where you intend to attach it to your under dashboard area. 1/8 inch will be easily drilled and easily fastened to by whatever switch, guage , or outlet you choose to drill out the ABS to hold. A series of small diameter drilled holes can be made if you do not have a circle cutter, and as long as the item you are attaching has a cover it will not show up any jagged edge.

I had a crack in my plastic dash in my pick up truck. I glued this on the underside of the crack to give it stability and use crack filler to fill in the crack. Worked great for me.

One side textured and other side smooth. Light scratches on smooth side straight out of package though.

This was the best custom order experience ever. I am so pleased with this company's work. I asked a couple of questions before ordering and had a reply within 8 hours. Then I ordered a couple of sheets of custom cut plastic. The company emailed me to confirm the measurements and told me when to expect the product, which was shipped the same day and arrived at my place before the original shipping window even arrived. The measurements of the final pieces were perfect and were, honestly, better than I had hoped for. I am using these as a custom backing for a large aquarium and was hoping that this would look better than the clings or cardboard backings that I've seen. This is perfect and is so perfectly sized and cut that I didn't even need to adhere it to the tank. The fit was perfect. It was a little more expensive than some other options, but so worth it. I couldn't be happier!

This abs sheet is easy to work with. I used it to make a bracket to mount my amp which functions great. It has a smooth side and a textured side and is a quality piece of abs plastic. It was cheaper than making a bracket from metal.

LOVE IT, VERY GOOD QUALITY FOR SURE.

Material appears good. Handling is horrible. There's footprints on it. NOT impressed. Like come on!

Wanted fender flares for my RZR UTV but was put off by the prices. Bought a 24x48 sheet and made a set of four with a Jig Saw and a Heat Gun. Fantastic to work with.

I needed to fill in an a small area on my motorhome where I had removed an old solar controller. This is a good quality product that is smooth on one side and textured on the other. It was easy to cut to the size required and the finished job looks very professional. I would causation if you want to use the smooth side as it shows scratches easy but the textured side is nice and will not show any scratches.

I used these for a car audio system to adapt after market speakers of a different size to the OEM mounting locations. I traced outlines using a silver marker and cut them with a band saw and scroll saw. They cut very easy and did not break or crack. Probably a million uses for these.
