Built well but minimal detail in the instructions.
How can I contact customer service? These instructions are bare bones. Which blade is for what? Which side do I use for dry grate? Do I even need a blade when using the dry grate? What are these wire things? Other than that, it seems well made and I look forward to trying it. I will update my review once I use it.

This is a well-made product the materials used top notch and there is nothing cheap about it material wise. but now the price I would say it’s cheap for what it is. peace & love

Gasket comes nowhere close to dome for inner seal
I love the product but it don't seat snug at the least inside with the dome lid which in return collects ALOT of the finer particulates that are created when trimming wet or dry . Ungodly mess of tricrones when trimming on the dryer side of things . Have a tote with a lining inside ready to catch those sticky diamonds before they fall to the dirty floor and lost forever.
