Stayed put and my knee is happy at the end of the workday :)
To start off, I haven’t got a frame of reference to accurately compare this to since it is my first time wearing a knee compression sleeve. I work as a cashier for about 8 hours, then I walk home for half an hour and if I have chores or errands to run I can end up going the whole day on my feet without a break which is hard on my right knee and my weak ankles, my 30-40 lbs weight gain and zero exercise liekly doesn’t help things either AND after running around an uneven yard my knee was hurting me more than ever when I went up and down the stairs.Today I decided to try the sleeve and thankfully it’s only my ankles that hurt today. My knee feels rested, it doesn’t ache when I bend it or give me that pinching feeling on the right side as it usually does. My thighs are around the 15” mark so I went with the size medium sleeve. Throughout the day I was very aware of the compression on my thigh and I wasn’t sure if that sensation was just distracting me from my usual knee discomfort or if I really wasn’t having any. I’m not sure how less compressive the large would have been but it might be best to size up if your very close to it and are sensitive to very tight fits. I might order a large if after a few days this medium size one begins to hurt on the more active days.I included a picture of my leg right after removing the sleeve.

Supportive & Comfortable - Great for Petite Women
I have mild tricompartmental osteoarthritis on my left knee and a miniscus tear + quadriceps tendonitis + joint effusion in my right knee (I know—yikes!). At just 98 lbs, it’s so hard to find knee braces that fit properly without sliding down. Thankfully, the small size in this brace fits really well. It’s snug just above and below my knees, helping keep my kneecaps stable. Although, the second set I ordered felt like it had been used, which I returned, I received a new replacement within days. For the cost, worth the money. It’s not a magic fix, but it does help, especially when I’m on my feet more or trying to stay active while avoiding further strain. I usually limit wear to 8 hours a day, but it’s so comfortable that I sometimes forget I’m even wearing it.If you have knee issues and a smaller build, this is a solid option worth trying. It offers reliable compression without being stiff or restrictive.lbs and the small fits well, it’s snug above my knees and right below it keeping the caps stable. Although not perfect, but it helps i try to keep it on for no more than 8 hours a day, but they’re so comfortable it’s easy to forget

Helps so much with the pain but the quality...meh
The knee support really helped my pain and it fit perfectly. The next day after washing it by hand and air drying it, it seemed to be slipping as I wore it. Also the inside stitching is "shredding"...Just wanted to know if anyone experienced that. I did order a second one the next day because it helped the pain. Haven't worn that one yet but will wear it today. If the rating was for the support to the knee I'd give it 5 stars but the quality; not so much...the jury is still out on that.

Advantage of Wearing Orthosleeve Orthopedic Brace
I have purchased three of this item in the past. It fits my knee perfectly. I use it all the time especially when I'm doing long walks, shopping, and any other activities using my legs. When going places when I'm not sure of activities, I make sure I carry them in my bag because it is convenient and there will be no regrets when I have to walk long distances. The product is convenient to use whether it is worn as an under garment or wearing skirts or dresses because it is not noticeable and convenient to wear. Importantly, it serves its purpose of providing protection and free of pain of my knees due to osteoarthritis.

Fantastic brace and business
This is the best knee sleeve that I've found and I've tried several. And the customer service is unbelievably responsive and helpful. The brace is lightweight but fully supportive and puts the pressure where you want it. This is the second one I've bought and I had a slight issue and needed to exchange it. They took care of it promptly and showed great caring and concern. If you want to support a great company buy from them!

Another sensitive skin warning
As someone else commented, beware if you have sensitive skin. I put the sleeve on my knee at around 7pm and went to sleep with it on. At around 3am it felt uncomfortable so I went to take it off. It felt like the top strip had melted onto my leg; it felt like I was ripping tape off of my skin. In the morning I looked at my leg more closely and I had raised itchy bumps that perfectly matched the pattern of the sleeve. I’ll try wearing it again but maybe over thin leggings this time.

Won't stay up at all
I'm disappointed in this product. I bought in hopes of having some extra support for a painful knee so I can move about more easily. I measured and purchased the size recommended. It stays on if I stay seated and don't move around. If I get up to walk, the top rolls down and it ends up barely covering my knee, and I have to yank it back up every few steps. This isn't worth wearing if I'm up and moving. I've tried adjusting it so it sits higher vs lower, but I can't seem to make it stay in place. I'm afraid if I size up, it won't give me the compression support I'm wanting.
