Cheap and cheerful.
I've used this on my cue and my neighbors cue, so it works reasonably well. It could do with more length, otherwise it doesn't grip the cue shaft at all. I've taken to wrapping the cue shaft with several layers of cling film to add to the width of the shaft; this protects the shaft from glue and makes the grip more solid. If you use a gel superglue it creates a cushion of glue to sit on but be warned it does not set immediately. I like that I can reposition the new tip for a minute or two, if you wait for the tip to stick and then use this overnight your good to go.
