Q: where is it made, please. Thank you.

I think it’s plastic on the outside, it’s quite rigid and then the inside is filled with plastic “rod” shaped pieces that hold the knives.

Q: How many knives does it hold?

I have three large and two small in mine, all in one line. It is wide so could hold more if you double them up.

Q: How to clean the grease

Have always put knives away clean so grease has not been a problem
