Q: can you sit on this in back pocket?

I sit on this all the time and I don't feel it

Q: Will it get scratched with coins or keys?

From the day I bought it until now, i've been putting it together in my pocket with coins or keys at times. There are still no scratches up till today. I'm not saying that it won't scratch but if you do it purposely with force, or you dropped it on the road then it might. I can't give you a clear answer about this but i hope it helps.

Q: Can this safely hold and dispense 2"x3.5" business cards?

You may have a problem with business cards. The typical dimensions of a credit card are 3.370 ×2.125 in. My cards all fit those dimensions and sit almost flush with the Card Blocr. Your cards may stick out a bit and catch the inside of your pocket.

Q: Do all versions of this have the snap, or can I get one without like the one image shows?
