This Somerset apple cider vinegar is from a single cider farm, made from whole sweet local apple varieties such as Brown Snout & Debinett and is matured for at least 3 years. It is non-pasteurised, and is literally "alive" (though it contains no harmful organisms) with the "Mother". ACV is delicious used either as an ingredient for marinades, sauces, dressings or as a tonic. ALWAYS DILUTE BEFORE TAKING AS A TONIC - the usual dose is 1 or 2 teaspoons in a glass of water / juice, and can be mixed with honey to produce a delicious, refreshing drink.
