Q: What size should I get if I'm a uk 12?

I got a medium but I suggest you get the large as the medium is kinda tight , I think the medium is for a uk size 10

Q: How long should you wear this each day? And should you sleep in it?

I had mine on for 8 hours. I wouldn't sleep in it just to preserve it. It has boning which came out a bit at the bottom but I ran a stitch over to prevent this.

Q: Can you use it in the gym?

I can’t see why not! It might be a little uncomfortable if you’re doing a lot of bending, etc. Although you might be better off with a sweat band as they are designed especially for working out and aid weight loss by promoting sweating in the abdomen :)

Q: When you sit down does it dig into your thighs?

No not al all it's for your waist and with the perfect size it shouldn't be a problem 👍🏼
