La pince ne fonctionne pas, un morceau de plastique est coincé au bout et la pince ne bouge pas lorsque l'on utilise le bouton.

I purchased these to make changing spark plugs on my minivan easier, thinking I could use the magnetic pick-up to extract the plugs once they were completely loosened. The collapsed pick-up was about two inches too long to manipulate into the holes, but that's not the manufacturer's fault. The mirror glass was not affixed (the glue used was ineffective for some unknown reason), but I secured it with some clear tape and it worked well. The manufacturer sent me a follow-up email thanking me for the purchase and I've told them about the mirror. The magnetic tray was flawless and a real time-saver. It attaches securely to ferrous metal on the car and retains nuts and bolts, and looks quite nice, too. I downgraded the sturdiness because the pickup tool came apart when I extended it fully. I believe this was because my son was using it as a sword before I was able to use it as intended. I was able to reassemble it without issue. UPDATE: The manufacturer sent me a replacement in response to my feedback. That was unexpected customer service and I really appreciate it.

Perfect! Magnet is strong and effective. Grabber is brilliant and flexible and the length is good! Highly recommended when working with small metal pieces like screws and nails. Easy to use and seems to have quality built right in!

Myself and my daughter put a TV bed together but when it came to installing the TV , we dropped some screws in the small tv compartment that were impossible to get out. I searched online and for a 36ins magnet tool. This one was the only one I could find anywhere. The No Cry Pick Up Tool. The flexible claw grabber is great and the magnet tool even better as it expans to 34/5 inches . It snapped up the screws with ease. Such an amazing product.
