I have recently started my weight loss journey and I have switched to Keto. My usual lunch is a sandwich and, of course, chips. Since I have changed my diet, the chips are an issue and I tried substituting it with veggies or mini dill pickles or something else, but I always ended up hungry within 2 hours. These have curbed my craving for chips and, with the amount of protein they have, has kept me longer satisfied. They don't taste exactly like Doritos, but they come pretty darn close. I do like the Ranch and Cheese flavor so far. Am excited to try out others

This is by far the best protein chip on the market. There are diet programs that sell similar products for $7 per bag. These are a staple on our home. Great favor with no after taste.

Love the ranch flavor. We like the nacho flavor. It helps with elevating the protein. Plus I don’t feel deprived from foods like this. Give a healthy crunch.
