This is a superb remote adjustable seatpost. You can adjust your riding height position remotely via the handlebar mounted remote lever. There are 3 positions all measured from the maximum insertion point of the seatpost body. 87mm, 133mm, 177mm This gives you 3 seperate riding positions availlable via the remote lever, no need to fully dismount, simply raise your hips and reset your saddle height whilst on the move !!
