I have been using this product for years and it’s kinder hard for me to give a general review as I think it’s helps with a combined number of life choices etc. I would consider myself living a 85% healthy lifestyle. So with that said this noni capsules work great for me. I take 2 capsules a day every morning, it helps with my immune system as a rarely have a cold since using and I don’t feel tried in the days.

I am taking this with outer supplements but from day one of taking it was all change internally..i praise this one

Avoid

Time products are really high quality and would highly recommend, however I am highly sensitive and so would warn people who are also HSPs that these cause very stressful dramatic/ scary dreams even when taken in the morning. I feel rather put off taking them even though I’m sure they would do good.

I really like this product I have been taking them now for about a year and have noticed a BIG improvement in my overall health, despite having had a really hard year.

These capsules are big. A lot of water for some people is needed to get them down you. They help taken in the right dosage. I take them in moderation so they have lasted longer than expected. Obviously.
