Only took 20 minutes to figure it out
Ive done many puzzles over the years so I guess I have an advantage when it comes to trying to solve them. It only took 20 minutes to solve which was kind of disappointing and is certainly not worth the price tag of nearly £30. Saying that, I can entertain my friends and family with it at parties etc and see how long it takes them to solve it so its not money completely wasted.

High quality. No force necessary to open.
Very beautiful. Solid and high quality. Took 3-4 hours of playing on and off to solve. Was initially worried I may break it as there is a spring involved - but I can reassure no force is necessary to solve it. I can do it with the fingertips of one hand - easy once you know how.
