Q: Why are the reviews for earbuds and this is a dog poop scoop?

Just ignore them. The seller probably changed the product to something different and the reviews stayed

Q: Where do i get replacement bags? The ones im finding are smaller than the ones that come with the product.

We reuse plastic grocery bags. So I have never ordered any online (sorry I don't know the answer, but thought I'd let you know what we use).

Q: Can I use Amazon brand poop bags?

I use the ones that came with the scooper. I think any bag that fits the bucket would be fine.

Q: Do they sell extra poles to add height?

No but you can get one off one a broom stick that just twist in. Hope that helps
