Q: Are these holders included in the package?

Sent mine back as it was not heavy enough to stop sat.nav. sliding off top of dash.

Q: What is the diameter of the suction area?

Diameter of the suction pad is 9cm or 3.5 inches.

Q: I have a ford focus and dash curvy will this be ok

we also have a slightly curved dash and we found it slipped backwards, so we just anchored it with some garden twine!!

I think it can depend on the type of dashboard. When first purchased it was good and generally stayed put. Have just changed my car and it now slides around. Have now stood it on a small non slip mat and this seems to work, although it still moves around if on a very bumpy road.
