Unplug. Restart. What info are you looking at? If you choose DABS radio you should see a host of options … If not, then you need to send it back. Try it. Turn it on. Press Source until the DABS option comes up and it should find a station for you. If not, then I think it is probably bust. It’s a fabbie piece of kit when it works as it should!!

Q: Does (or can) the screen go completely off at night, i.e. with the radio off but the alarm set?

Should you be working the radio off the battery pack, there would be a blank screen, although the alarm icon might show, depending on the age of your radio. However, if running off the mains, the clock will show, although there is a dimming facility. Best thing to do is unashamedly have a play and get to know how to best employ the menus to suit you. Good luck.

Q: Does this get virgin radio

I did not purchase the Pure Evoke H3 Dab Radio, I purchased the Pure Evoke H6 Stereo DAB/DAB+ radio, as soon as I switched on it downloaded all the stations, the radio is fantastic pleased I purchased this one hope it helps.
