Awarded a Great Taste Star in 2016, our very easy & quick to make Date & Apricot Porridge is not only nutritious but very delicious too. It is made with British oats (jumbo & rolled) pumpkin, sunflower seeds, chopped dates & juicy apricots. Can be made in microwave or just add hot milk or water! 500g carton provides approx. 10 porridge servings. Can be prepared as Bircher/Overnight Oats too by soaking in juice (we like diluted apple or orange) and add some natural yoghurt if required.
