This is a simply nutritious & delicious porridge made with British oats (jumbo & rolled) pumpkin & sunflower seeds. Can be made in microwave or just add hot milk or water!. Can be prepared as Bircher/Overnight Oats too by soaking in nut milks (almond, coconut etc). We don't add any sugar to our products, leaving you the option to add honey, fruit etc. Pots are microwavable. Packaging fully recyclable.
