Great product for the price
Great tasting protein powder. Very filling I always take it after my gym sesh or run/hike to be most effective. Doesn’t get me as sore to maximize on my strength. Each scoop has about 30g of protein so plenty for recovery. Very good quality.

Great product
First, this product is significantly cheaper than its competitors. Second, it mixes very quickly and easily. Third, it tastes great. I like cookie and cream and this has a great taste when mixed with water.

Quick results and better than BSN
“I’ve been using this protein powder consistently for a few weeks now, mostly post-workout and sometimes as a quick breakfast shake. It mixes very easily in a shaker bottle with both water and milk — no clumps or gritty texture. The flavor is surprisingly good and not overly sweet or artificial. Most importantly, it sits well on my stomach and doesn’t cause bloating, which I’ve had issues with from other brands. For the price, this is a solid everyday whey protein.”

Good Protein for Daily Use
This whey protein is easy to mix and tastes good. It helps me feel full and supports my daily protein intake. The texture is smooth, and it works well with water or milk. It’s a convenient option for after workouts or during the day. Overall, it’s a good protein supplement at a reasonable price.

Great Taste with the right Protein Boost
The Cookies N’ Creme flavor tastes good and has a great mixability. It does not feel heavy. It keeps me full and helps with post workout recovery. A reliable, high-protein content option that's not heavy on pocket.

Not bad but SWEET
It's my first time taking a protein supplement due a change in my diet & this is really sweet. I dont like sweet drinks or food but apart from that the flavor is good & it mixed really well in my blender cup. I guess ill stick to this one since its the one o started out with hopefully I get the benefits from it.

Best Value of any Protein Source in 2025
This is the best value I can find in mid 2025 for protein, if you only consider how many grams of protein you get per dollar. The flavor is okay - not the best, not the worst. The macros are not the best for whey. Starting with flavor, it tastes pretty good in milk. 6 or 7/10. There is a little bit of a chemical flavor. It is like a hint of fake cookie dough or biscoff/speculoos. This tinge of artificial cookie flavor makes it taste worse IMO than a more plain vanilla flavor. For the macros, I think it should taste a little better. As far as macros, this is near the lowest ratio of protein to total calories of any whey protein powders on the market. Around 64% of the calories are from protein. The lowest wheys are a little u der 60% and the highest is around 90%. (Of course, just from the labels - if you don't like bad news, don't look into how the actual protein powders fail to meet the numbers printed on the label.) But what this protein does best is deliver maximum grams of protein per dollar. As of mid-2025, I can get 1.8 lb or 800 g. for around $16 including delivery fees, or as low as $13 on subscribe and save, which comes out to over 40 grams of protein per dollar, which is the highest protein value of any food I can find today, excluding plant-based sources. Even conpared to anything I have found in the grocery store. It mixes well and is never lumpy. There are little black cookie bits. I have not had any digestion issues with this protein. That was a big problem for me when I tried another brand near this price. Overall, this is the best value of protein, but the fat and carb count is pretty high, so this isn't the best protein if you are rrstricting calories, and the flavor is not quite as good as it should be for as fatty as it is. I would probably order it again as a bulking option but for now I will try other brands.
