This is micronized Creapure creatine monohydrate the best form of creatine you can get!I saw massive gains in all my exercises! After 2 months went from lifting 80kg bench press 4 sets of 10 to 100kg 4 sets of 12!!Increased literally everything started see muscle gain,drink loads of water and youll be fine,i average around 6-8 litres a day using my handy protein shaker which has 700ml measured up so i know i drink 10 of them at least,shame this is unavailable at the moment i ordered mine from amazon about 2 months ago will be cycling off creatine at the end of the month!

I have been taking this product for the last three weeks and have noticed improvements in my performance.I workout to very high volume about five days a week and have noticed increase size in muscle mass.I take it with juice after workouts and really feel the effects the morning after.

Doesn't mix that well so its a bit gritty to drink but not much of an issue for me, other than that seems like a good product is very fine and come with a handy little scoop to measure with. I have used other creatine products before but i think this is the best one i have used and is good value too.

I would say all round not bad but not the best stuff I have had its not as pure as it says, should be like talcon powerd this product has sparkaly bits so not as pure. got here fast thow

Came early in the post and meets my expectations. Also, given the product, the price is dirt cheap so I would recommend it to anyone who is working out and wants to put on some lean muscle.
