Great texture on the cover and a good read

this book has seriously helped me get more insight on bar life for my upcoming bartender course, its easy to read, great humour and the author is very experienced. i would recommend this book to anyone interested in cocktails or bars as this book really inspired me to get into bar tendering and has taught me a new personality for the job.

The book arrived on time, great condition and for those who are on first steps of bar tending there is a lot of interesting stuff to discover.

This is a must for any young Bartender, The Author I know personally and this is one of his best books ever .It will take you from picking the right glass to pouring a great cocktail .

Like many cocktail books, the recipes are often different to what you may be used to. Some well known cocktails have also been omitted from this updated version. This book seems to be aimed more at the professional bartender than the enthusiastic amateur/newcomer, which may explain the absence of pictures (this a shame as it would be nice to see what the finished drink should look like). This is not a bad book by any means, and has many classic recipes as well as a few newer ones, but I was expecting something better based on previous reviews.

This is an excellent book. It has classic cocktail recipes. It also has classic flavour combinations so you can create your own cocktails. It is very well written.
