Q: Will it scan written text over computer or mibile screen

I doubt it, due to reflection from the screen. While a promising bit of kit, it mis-copies about 10% of words. Mine simply stopped working after a few days of use and I couldn't face the hassle of re-installing the software.

Q: Can left-handed people use this device?

Yes. The device can be used by either hand.

Q: dose it work with Arabic language
