Possible side effects.
Now, this is the second and different type of CoQ10 that I’ve tried and although I can’t be certain it was this, what I got after two days taking them was an incredibly itchy rash on my inner thighs, calves and outer arms that lasted for a week. I did some research and apparently, some people are allergic to Q10. It appears I might be one of them. I say I can’t be sure it’s this product as the last lot of Q10 I took (different manufacturer), didn’t cause any rash. Dosage is exactly the same in both instances but nevertheless, I stopped after two days.
