Q: Are you guaranteed an oil-slick Elesh Norn?

You get 1 compleat edition booster pack that has 2 of each oil slick lands and any of 2 oil slick mythic rare cards. I got ripped off though my came in open and the compleat pack was missing.

Q: What is the difference between a "set booster" and a "draft booster"?

Draft boosters usually have 15 cards, at least 1 rare/mythic, with a small chance of a 2nd rare. Set boosters usually have 12 cards, at least 1 rare/mythic, with chances of up to 4 rare/mythic. The goal of draft boosters is usually for drafting/sealed play, and the goal of set boosters is "opening packs for fun" as WotC keeps advertising, mainly to have a higher chance of collecting the various cards in a given set, as opposed to drafting enough cards for a playable deck. Set boosters are probably more geared towards Commander/EDH players, where you need only 1 copy of a given card, rather than draft/sealed where you may want up to 4 copies of a card for playability.
