Q: What kind of coupler do I need to connect two of these together? Female to female?

Female goes on the spout , male on the other end, I have two connected together without any coupler

Q: Weird question. Is it thin enough that i could cut it into 2 half circles? I want to create a beach glass "river" without mixing in w dirt?

No. This pipe has holes around it at 60 degrees apart. There are 6 sets of holes. You could seal them but do you want to go to that much trouble.

Q: Do you need to bed it in rock

The flex drain is very lightweight and flexible allowing several uses for it. For instance, you could connect it to a scupper off your roof and extend it down the side of a wall to direct water. You could place it on the ground and allow it to snake through a rock quarry or along the side of the dirt berm. It's possible that you could bury it but the flex drain is not as strong as PVC pipe, so it can dent easily if it has weight on/over it. So depending on use, the flex drain does not necessarily need to be bedded in rock, but because it's so light in weight, it might need to be surrounded by rock to hold it in place.

Q: How come 4” cap does not fit?

The 4” pipe is for the copper line to run through, the drain is a small plastic pipe it can go through there too
