Q: hi, how do i get the lid of the bottles. im pressing down and turning it, still nothing. myself and my mum have given up. our palms are sore trying!

You have to press down quite hard. Took me a while but in the end I think I just put it on the counter and pressed down hard with a palm and it came off.

Q: hi, how much of the liquid would i need to use each time and how often would i need to calibrate the meter as i would be using it every day. Thanks.

hi - the calibration liquid comes with a clear plastic measuring cup, pour the liquid in close to the 40 ml line this will be enough for you to enter the meter and calibrate; i would advise calibration every week under your circumstances, for my swimming pool i usually do it every 4 weeks or so.

Q: Hi, why pour to a clean vessel instead of putting the meter directly inside the calibration solution?

Would you want to risk contaminating the original callibration liquids?????

I just checked on my past orders (2 years ago) and it was the price for the both products. (Although the price has increased slightly since I purchased)
