Fragile flask and plastic cap
Three months of using my Hydroflask at the gym and day trips it is effectively ruined (see photos). Each time I dropped the flask there was another bit of plastic broken or dents in the soft metal case. Two stars because the colour is nice and customer support replied to my query, to tell me the lifetime warranty does cover any damage.
