taste okaish, value *excellent*
This thing, "Mirin", is essentially sweetened, concentrated sake', which is then mixed in with the vinegar to make sushi rice.First off, it's "mirin-style-seasoning", so it's not actually real mirin, but who cares. The taste is ok, i've tried better, but the value-for-money is through the roof, other mirin cost 3x to 4x as much and the difference is minimal when using if for your vinegar mix.
