Reflex along with most big name companies sell the exact same brand of creatine, called Creapure which as far as I can tell seems to be the best on the market. The reason I choose Reflex is firstly the affordability compared to other brands selling the same product. Secondly, they sell it in small easy to swallow capsules...great for those taking lower doses for longer periods of time. Definitely better than the donkey choker tablets sold by other brands! Overall, great product at a great price. Oh, and needless to say the product works (creatine is pretty much the most researched sports supplement around).

Great product very easy to use I will order again

Not gonna say much here as supplements can vary from person to person and most people will know what supplements offer otherwise they would not be buying them or at least will have done their research hopefully on the product. However, what i will do is review the BRAND and the form it comes in not the 'Does creatine work' aspect. I have used Reflex Creatine for many years and its always been my favourite. I cannot say its the best as I haven't tried every version of creatine (of which there are several!!) and nor have I tried every brand (of which there are hundreds!!!). I can say for me, Creapure and monohydrate work very well for me, a staple and best results of all the variations and brands I have tried. I trust Reflex better than most brands, particularly their creatine. I get good results from it, good endurance, no bloat, average strength (as far as creatine can provide) and the capsules are so convenient. Good value for money for the price here on Amazon. No load up required which I love but it won't work instantly, still need some time to build up in the system.

Why did you choose this product over others?: I have used it before, so i stuck with it.

Only 0.7g per tablet.... consider that 20g a day is often advised during the loading phase and 5g thereafter these tablets will last you less than a week! Best buy bulk powder...

Primarily I do take these to help boost my ability in the gym. I also come to appreciate the added benefit of improvements in my cognitive function. I'm a software engineer and often struggle with low haemoglobin, iron etc... due to a health condition. The result is a lack of energy and focus along with brain fog. Taking creatine does help me feel more able to do my job by clearing the fog and relieving cognitive impairment. Good value too. Been using it on and off for some years.
