Pathetic customer service & no streamlining with bought through Amazon
Boutght the subscription on Sep 2024 and its Dec2024, I havent recieved my digital acccess details yet also hard copies I am not getting for every issue, not sure how they are operating,And the best part is the customer care has no answer to my issues, absolute waste of money.

Initially it took time afetr the 1st issue, but later I am getting it regularly without fail.
