Doesn't leave your hair feeling tacky
Having tried numerous gels, putty's and other matte products I have finally found one that works. I have short to medium hair and have previously tried both Osis+ Mess Up and Mighty Matte. Unlike the previous two I really love this one.The Coal Putty isn't greasy and does not leave your hair feeling dry or overly tacky to the touch. I only need to apply a small amount and it can last for days if I don't wash my hair.
