Good product, reasonable price.
I've been taking CoQ10 for several years for its antioxident qualities as I'm a heart patient on statins. Recently my supermarket has been out of stock most of the time so I decided to buy online. These are a similar price but stronger. The capsule is easy to swallow and, as another reviewer said, I've been taking them for a week now and I'm still here so they can't be too bad.

Works as intended, helped lower my bad cholesterol and raise my good one
After my first blood cholesterol test at the age of 32 which surprisingly put me in the ‘High Risk’ category I purchased the following:CoQ10, Solgar Psyllium Husks Fiber 500 mg, Lindens Green Tea 1000mg, Broccoli Sprout Extract by LLS, BCAA Tablets | 1200mg, Magnesium Citrate 200mg, Omega 3 Fish Oil 1000mgThis, along with a better diet, helped me change my Cholesterol Score from 9.37 (7.03/0.75) to 3.44 (4.61/1.34) in 8 weeks. The doctor stated she had never seen a cholesterol turn around so quickly. I cannot attribute these tablets solely to this but as it was part of my new routine (1 a day) I intend to carry on. I was fit and active before the first doctor visit, however, my diet was very poor – High sat fats, no salad, no fish etc.Works as intended, helped lower my bad cholesterol and raise my good one – potentially a lifesaver. Easy to swallow without horrible flavours, no negative side effects noted.

It seems to be what is written on the label
A reliable brand , is GMP and non GMO . Coenzyme q10 is yellow and I opened a capsule to verify and it is yellow indeed. I can’t say if it helped or not as I am talking other supplements as well .

Good value, recommend trying it, it works for me!
I have been using this product for some time now. I have fibromyalgia and my symptoms can be very painful. It does not get rid of my pain but it helps enormously in making me able to function. I thought I would stop using it for a month or so, big mistake!! I resorted to my former self, a gibbering wreck not wanting, or able, to leave the house. So this works for me! If you haven't tried it, give it a try. Nothing ventured nothing gained as they say.

Seems to be working!
I was prescribed statins for elevated cholesterol about 5 months ago and had a bad reaction, which left me with quite severe pain and muscle weakness in my upper arms. This subsided a little after discontinuing the particular drug that gave me the problem but some residual pain has persisted. I read that CoQ10 can help alleviate similar symptoms and that the naturally occurring antioxidant in the body may be depleted by statins. I have been taking one tablet a day since receiving them about a week ago and I can report a dramatic improvement in the pain level in my arms.It may, of course , be a complete coincidence but I have not changed any other part of my routine to account for the sudden improvement. To be honest, I don't care if it's 'placebo effect', I am just glad to be able to take a pullover off over my head or pick up a large book without wincing from the pain in my arms. Hopefully I can now start some pain-free arm exercises to restore the muscle lost during the adverse reaction to the statins.

Nice health insurance
I actually bought this by mistake -I meant to buy the ubiquinol version from the same company -which was the type I bought previously -I am 60 and the research showed ubiquinol to be the advised type of CoQ10 to take - I was going to return it -but changed my mind and ordered PQQ to take with it -this product is much cheaper than the ubiquinol -but I have reassuringly read lately that ubquinone might be just fine for us older types -

Product OK, but please change 'Gel' casing
Review could have been a 5 star but Its not a complain about the product (CoQ10) but about the 'gel' casing, would much prefer a clear 'gel' casing.

Helps with energy
CQ10 is more geared towards producing energy. Does as expected.
