Q: Can you fit the charger in here?

No. You could probably fit a USB-C cable, but this case is very slim and the charger won't fit at all. It just about holds the Switch (with attached Joy-Cons), a couple of the Joy-Con straps and the games, but even then the case bulges slightly.

Q: is the screen protector glass?

Is it made of glass? No, it's made out of plastic. It's completely transparent and - if attached with care - almost invisible once in place.

Q: I accidentally trapped dust and what looks like fabric/string under my screen protector. Will this damage the screen if I leave it?

No it won't. Because it isn't able to move around. Might drive you crazy if you're anything like me though!
