Is it a four pack pf all rectangular, or two square and two rectangular?

All one size, either square or rectangular. I like the rectangular. They seem to last longer from peeling them off

Can I use them with a tens/ems machine that is not chattanooga?

Yes they work with any tens unit as long as you have your wires that you will connect the pads to.

Is it only 4 electrodes total?

Yes, there are four electrodes total.

Can these be used in place of part no. 42043? They are same size. I don't know what difference is in the one being sold and the one I need

Not so sure about part. 42043. When I was told about these brand of electrodes, was because they stayed longer on skin, than the ones I was using previously.
