Bon bons are miniscule so don't think you'll make something substantial but they're good for small projects and the colours are an improvement on the usual pastels. The yarn is soft and easy to crochet with.

I love the colours which is the reason I bought it. Considering the wool is thin and knew the size of the balls was small, I am happy with the amount of wool received. As a new crocheter I am finding the wool difficult to work with. Great for the more experienced crocheter.

The individual balls of yarn are small but the wool is great quality. Didn't expect any other size since they're called bonbons. Good for small projects I'd say they're about the length of my palm so approx 10cm in length

Bought as a gift, definitely on the expensive side for something so small, and they wouldn’t be suitable for an entire project, but really cute as a stocking filler or something similar for someone new to knitting/crochet. However, the giant unsightly barcode on the front of the packaging that won’t peel off without tearing the plastic is a huge let down since it’s intended as a gift :-( I can’t speak to the quality of bonbons specifically, but I’ve always found lion brand yarn to hold up well in the past. Just wish these were packaged better.

Let me just say the quality is really nice. But for the story... I was pished one night scrolling through amazon and I saw this pack for the price it is and i thought hell yeah that's an awesome deal you see this is why I love amazon. The shipping was very fast btw! When i got the notification that it was getting delivered i sat waiting patiently with my crochet hooks then the postman pushed this thin box through the mail flap and I thought did I order something else. I went and opened it to find the smallest bundles of yarn and I just sat on the floor and laughed till I cried because obviously drunken me doesn't know how to read. Nevertheless I have made some very cute mats for my plants with these and I applaud the quality and the shipping. Lol

Yes. The balls are small. This is the kind of thing you want to buy for a small, or selection of small, projects. In my case, I am making little bits and bobs to attach to a twig wreath and hang on my door this holiday season.

Received my order the inner plastic bag had been ripped open, but outer brown envelope intact, three balls of wool missing. The wool is poor grade very thin and the balls are very very tiny not enough to knit into usable project really dissatisfied don’t buy not worth the money paid. Returned to seller

for the price you are better going to pound shop and getting some bigger ones..
