I tried this chocolate hazelnut spread a while ago for the first time, and it has quickly become a favourite.The lower carb content is a significant health benefit, making it a great choice for those watching their carb intake. The taste is absolutely delicious, and it has a good shelf life. In terms of value for money, it's excellent.I don't count calories, as I prefer to count carbs, and this spread fits perfectly into my diet. The storage capacity is convenient, and it's very easily spreadable, making it a breeze to use. I've been buying it repeatedly, and it never disappoints.Overall, this spread ticks all the boxes for taste, health benefits, and ease of use. Highly recommended!

good for a treat but be careful with the calories as 100 g is around 500 calories which is a lot for 20 g of protein. Tastes like condensed milk with white chocolate also with super crispy ball like cookies which add on the flavor. I would recommend to try it.

I've been looking for a good replacement for chocolate to have for keto. Cadbury makes this stuff and cleverly replaces the sugars with keto friendly sweeteners. Got the 3 flavours on Amazon. Arrived at 4pm today. My spoon came out to try them all. All 3 taste AMAZING. I thought "Holy Grail" and I heard trumpets sound in the sky. Little did I realise that the trumpets were actually being blown by the 4 horsemen of the Apocalypse. No wonder this stuff is named "Grenade". It's the perfect weapon / diet food. The force of expulsion makes for a clean exit wound and prevents clogging of the toilet. Now I know how they did that cafe scene in "Bad Grandpa". Once I have successfully retrieved my intestines and liver from the bowl, I will put the jars away and try to remember that moderation is key. Still totally worth it. *Health note* Remember to regularly get up from sitting on the loo seat to prevent deep vein thrombosis.

I've ordered this a few times now in various different flavours.The white chocolate cookie is my favourite as I really like the satisfying crunchy tiny balls in it.It's a great alternative to Nutella and you get some additional protein too! Great for me as I weight train.It can be hard to spread (the white one particularly) but that's not a problem for me as I eat it straight from the jar 😋

Good amount of protein per serving however the taste isn't the best, but taste is a matter of perspective so could be different for you. Quality seems good, 5 quid for this jar doesn't seem bad

I bought this to add some more protein to my breakfast and it smacks. It’s really moreish and it’s really good on fresh pancakes 🥞

Smells like farts but otherwise delicious
