We’ve been using these for a while now and this is our second purchase. The tablets are large, but they are effective and give the desired results of better sleep, energy and feeling of wellbeing. We notice that we both sleep better when we take these before bed, even though the instructions say different. A really good product at an affordable price.

I have to take quite a few nutritional supplements and vitamins. I have '3 go to' suppliers/brands which I buy all from Amazon (or through). Nature's Aid (This one), SynVit and Linden's.After trying all three brands, I had to come back to this one, and actually? Previous review (from this one) was how appalling the size of the tablets were! I am re-writing it because the Nature's Aid tablets are actually the easiest to take (of the three brands: nature's aid, synvit and linden's). I lined up all three - making sure not to get them mixed up..(mind you their nutritional composition was identical - same two tablet/dose for all three)Calcium 800mgMagnesium 400mgVitamin D3 800 iuThough SynVit makes outstanding vitamins/supplements and still buying other - their cal/mag/d3 is now off the table, they were the biggest and most difficult to swallow.Linden's - also outstanding vitamins/supplements - still buying their other - second largest and really uncomfortable going down!.These?? They're still quite large - but after comparing them with the previous, they are more slimline/sleek and go down MUCH better - they are at tad bit smaller (in circumference which makes them much easier to take!) - I am so glad (despite having to endure the others!) I am so glad I Did that. I used to hate THESE but after the other two! These are perfect (for now!) I HAVE to take this supplement, and is such a pain to find things! This one - VERY good value and I know this brand very well. Highly recommend! Just be warned they ARE large.. If you want to run a trial - it's up to you. (£££) but Linden's and SynVit also make this blend. (I will be re-ordering these, it's comforting to know I did the trial run I did).

I would definitely recommend giving these a try! I was diagniosed vitd3 deficient, which left me with low mood, very sore stiff and aching joints, I was very lethargic an weak to the point I was sleeping most of the day as well as the night. My skin hair an nails also suffered as a result. After trying various vitamins as well as what the Gp prescribed, I did a bit of research an came across these, I have been taking 1 a day and almost at the end of the first bottle an I have to say I have notice a vast improvement in all areas, my energy is so much higher than was previous that I actually make it through a whole day without falling asleep! The combination of magnesium vitd3 and calcium works so much better for me I just ordered another bottle to keep me going. Not only that but I look an feel so much healthier to. The tablets are a little on the large side but can be broken in half if you have trouble swollening. They are well worth a try as magnesium is good for alsorts of ailments.

This is one of my favourite supplements. I know I don't enough Vitamin D each day, and there's a general consensus that most of us don't. So I was looking for a D3 supplement about a year ago and stumbled on this. It's a bit of a triple whammy for me, because I get my calcium dose (as I'm dairy intolerant) and magnesium is great for pains (which I also suffer from), so to be able to take all 3 in one is a bonus - plus, at a really good price.They are big tablets, which doesn't bother me, but to bear in mind just in case you have difficulty swallowing. You should also note that the tablets have a slightly 'chalky' matt texture, so if you can swallow quickly/easily you'll be fine, but if not, they might be awkward.All in all, I love them and will continue to buy them as long as the quality and content remains this good ;)

These pills seems like a good option but there are quite large and very difficult to swallow even if your used to taking puills.

Seems to work well...! I have no issues taking them, so very happy.

My go to, I take it every day, will keep buying, does me proud.
