Q: What is the difference with cheaper hair straighteners?

Hi Cassi, my last ghd straighteners lasted me for 12 years and only had to be thrown out after somebody stood on them!!!!!(they weren't on at the time.) I needed a new set pronto and felt loyal as they'd been so good. The new ones are so much better. They heat up quicker, glide over my hair and it gets straightened even faster. Friends with cheaper brands are replacing them more often. Hope this helps you out.

If you purchase from Amazon and not a 3rd party seller then they are real . GHD website state Amazon as an Authorized seller.

Q: How to return faulty item

Get in touch with customer services and quote the serial number and they will tell you if still under guarantee.

No heat settings. Either on or off.
