I put my coffee maker in the cabinet after my first taste!
I put my coffee maker in the cabinet after tasting this instant coffee. While the product is on the more expensive side, you save money by making coffee by the cup and not wasting coffee as when you a brew a pot. Plus you can adjust for a variety of personal tastes. When traveling I always take some with me, as it is preferable to the in room coffee at hotels.

Better than Via
This is great instant coffee. I am a fan of Via and like it a lot. It's not a knock against Via when I say this is better because I think Via is good and sets a somewhat high bar for instant. To me this is a little better though.I prefer a big bag to individual pouches because I can calibrate the perfect dose relative to one of my coffee mugs. With the Via it didn't work out quite right. For camping Via is extremely convenient but I don't think it's all that difficult to put a little bit of this in a ziplock or some other small container.Normally I grind beans and use a French press in the morning but sometimes I want something super quick but still good. Or maybe in the afternoon I want some coffee but don't need a whole carafe. This is perfect for such cases. I'm a fan and will be getting more. Hopefully Anthony's comes out with a couple extra styles of coffee.

Warning NOT DECAF coffee
This coffee is delicious, organic, smooth and dissolves like any good organic instant coffee should. However it came up when I searched for organic instant decaf coffee and I know it’s my fault for not checking to make sure it was decaf but it should have not been one of the first coffees that came up. Anyway I hope Anthony’s will make a decaf version because I won’t buy it again until then and I hope my review will help another shopper not get fooled like I did.

Good product overall
Ive been looking for decent instant coffee for a while now. From all organic Colorado coffee, to Illy imports, then I saw this.Have it a shot.Let’s be clear, it ain’t going to win complexity of flavor awards, that’s said, it’s an excellent strength coffee, very good depth, good aroma and very good value. Can’t speak to acidity just yet, but being arabica it’ll be fairly low.Overall highly recommend this coffee for the below reasons:1. Support a small business2. Great value.

Go-to instant coffee for semi-regular consumption
For years I have bought the Mt Hagen instant coffee for a quick cup of coffee at home or for backpacking purposes. It did a great job and is arguably a better and tastier cup of coffee. But the price of Mt Hagen always had me looking around for another option. I am so glad I decided to try this one out because it is at a much better price point but still a great tasting coffee. At home I use this to make a latte with milk. For camping/backpacking purposes I always bring hot cocoa and dehydrated milk or heavy cream so I end up cutting any sharpness with the sugar and fats for a mocha of sorts. I will be a repeat customer for sure. I don't drink it straight/black so can't speak to that iteration.

Excellent Strong Coffee
This coffee is rich, delicious, and STRONG! My go-to coffee is usually the microgrind/instant hybrid from the large coffee shop chain, and I wanted to try something different. This is reminds me of the Turkish coffee I've had in the middle east. It has a very nice roasted flavor, and blends well into hot water. Word of warning: they recommend 1-2tsp per cup, and that's accurate. I made my first cup like I usually do with the instant stuff, and it was very, very, strong. Start with a small dose, and work your way up to where you're comfortable. This is my new favorite coffee.
