Q: How often do you swab?

I'm sure they would say it's verboten, but there is enough gel in each little tube to get 3 - 5 swabs to both nostrils. Q-tips work great if you don't want to re-use the swabbie tool! I would say the frequency question depends upon how sick you are feeling. I break out the ZICAM the second I feel I've been exposed to something yucky, or if I wake up with a nasty tickle in my throat. I will swab (from the same little tube) 3 - 5 times in 24 hours, and generally I'm done. This stuff works best when used immediately - it's a prevention product, not a make-you-feel-better product once you are full-blown sick. The official frequency recommendation is probably on the box, but I've been using it in this fashion for 10+ years and it's always prevented me from getting sick. If family/friends/co-workers are ill, I highly recommend using this product to boost your immune system, before you feel symptoms. It has worked flawlessly for me!
