I bought this product after hours of comparing mushroom complexes online. I’m a university student and struggle terribly with my focus. I had heard from a friend that mushroom complexes can help with mental alertness and focus so I gave it a go. I’m not sure yet whether I notice any differences and I’ve been taking it quite consistently for 2 months. I appreciate that there are high mg doses of the specific mushrooms I was looking for. This product had the most mg available for the price. And I appreciated that it wasn’t just a 30 day supply. Overall I will be purchasing again. And I hope I eventually see the impacts I hope to with further consistent use.

I was getting a headache after taking several days. I normally don't get headaches. Once I stopped so did the headache. I read up and some mushrooms do cause this reaction in some people taking blood pressure meds. Guess I am one of those. Not sure if I stayed on them longer it would subside, but I work and having a headache most of the day is not good. I think this would have helped me if I didn't get a reaction.

So far I like this supplement. I take it in the morning and it really keeps me kinda mellow and focused. You’ll want to eat before you take them or you’ll experience a bit of a stomach ache. I took them at night at first and didn’t really care for the dream I was having so I take them in the morning after I’ve eaten and I feel better throughout the day and sleep great at night.
