Mom isn't complaining
My mom that's on my Verizon plan needed a replacement phone and this bad boy works for her needs. She doesn't need the latest or greatest. The price is great, comes with everything you need that companies like apple and Samsung no longer include (headphones n charger). For a tiny bit of money. She's had it a few months and hasn't complained about it. So I'm a happy camper if she is.

Great Phone After All!!
Edited to add.Bought in Mar of 2024 its now July and major problems..Phone screen wont time out..We have checked apps to see if thats the issue and its not...Phone wont ring as of today. My husband is very pleased with this phone..Takes decent pictures...Setup was easy and we just inserted sim card from Pure Talk and called them to configure the phone...I just ordered me one because my smaller Samsung wont download texts that come in when phone is off after i turn it back on...I like how big this phone is compared to my Samsung to and the price is so much!Edited to add im on my second one of these and after my cell service provider sets this up to work with there service my calls still get dropped after a few min on BOTH!!Edited Turns out my Pure Talk USA cell provider was giving me the wrong access point info!!Pretty ticked off about it and after they sent me email how to do it myself i saw their error..Spent a few hrs dealing with this!!.With my sim card no i needed to add a different number under MNC!!Phone works great now with no call dropping!Yay!!

Phone didn't last a year
Bought this phone for my teenager. It stopped working before it could hit the one year mark. It keeps restarting and doesn't seem to be holding a charge. Disappointed because I usually find Nokia phones to be very durable, and unlike a lot of other brands they tend to take falls well. The phone was very aesthetically pleasing though, and worked well for the time that it was operational.

Sturdy
the phone is a bit laggy at some times, but for the amount of storage, there are no updates that take up all the storage, and the best fact is I have dropped this phone on multiple surfaces including a McDonald's tile floor, it has held up and my screen is not broken 10x better than the iPhone 15 in that regard

Probably would have been great 3-4 years ago
The Nokia G100 is severely underpowered. I loved Nokia back in the day, and enjoyed their old school monochrome cell phones to the classic Motorola flip of yesteryear. On a positive note, the G100 has a lot of nice features that work well together to help block spam calls, auto copy info at times, and other conveniences. Unfortunately, the negative note outweighs everything else. The phone is simply underpowered and the camera is awful. You can't get a quality picture to save your life, and the lack of power causes constant crashes. Switching between two programs? Expect it to crash. Getting a call while using an app? One of the two will fail. Connecting with Sync in your car? It's got so much lag an error message pops up before the call goes through (though the call does go through usually). Though I tried out a Nokia after having a bad experience with my last Samsung, this horrible phone is pushing me back to Samsung post haste.

Terrible phone HORRIBLE AMAZON CUSTOMER SERVICE
Phone would not power on. Tried on multiple chargers. AMAZON will not let us return the phone unless it is via UPS PICKUP. We were told it would not have to be picked up to call UPS and schedule a pickup for the weekend. UPS will not pick up on weekends they will not drop off a return label and will not pick up unless an adult is home for said scheduled pick up. We have had multiple supervisors hang up on us while trying to get a different return method for a phone that we paid over $100 for and the end result is “you will need to be home and schedule a pickup” at which point we are hung up on. I have NEVER had such an issue with amazon customer service it’s a shame they have gotten so big they no longer care about customers. We are either out a days pay or out the money for the phone which is not acceptable for a defective product that AMAZON sold.
