Q: This diffuser is less than a year old and the light is now coming on randomly in the middle of the night. Can this be fixed somehow?

This thing is a waste of money. I’m on my 2nd diffuser. Both are defective in different ways. For the price, I expect better quality.

Q: Is the diffuser dual voltage? Aka, can I use it in the uk without a trasformer?

The diffuser uses a USB plug. You can use it with any wall adapter you want. If you can charge your phone in the UK, you can use this diffuser in the UK.

Q: There are identical looking diffusers for $30. Why is this so expensive?

Quality, longevity, customer service, just to name a few. The heaviness of the ceramic keeps it from being wobbly on my dresser (therefore, no spills). I’m on my second one, had the first over a year (can’t say the same for less expensive ones I’ve tried). And their Customer Service is second to none, you actually get to speak to a live person (I had an issue with my first one, turns out it was me, not the diffuser, but they were so patient and accommodating with me, which I appreciate). I started out with the less expensive ones, which I guess a lot of people do, but once you’re done playing with those, this is the real deal, and it’s a pleasure not to have to “think” about it, because I know it’s always working.
