I bought these to decorate my kindergarten classroom for a Glow Day party. The swirls are great and glowed very well in black light. The stars did not get used.. the have to be individually tied to each other or the swirls. No body got time for that when you're a teacher! Swirls are long and hang at adult face height from the standard classroom ceiling..
