MGN12H Carriage Block for 12mm Wide MGN12 Linear Rail Guide

I purchased a single carriage &rail combo plus a double carriage & rail combo. They turned out really smooth. Then I decided to convert the single combo into a double by buying a single carriage to add. The first one came in way too tight, unusable. Exchanged it for another and the replacement was worse. Tolerances are not compliant. Seems like the manufacturer is sending out matched pairs so they don’t need to keep tight tolerances. Therefore, don’t buy single carriages to add but only buy matched pairs.

Used these to replace a worn out Hiwin block. Much cheaper and so far work great. Old Hiwin had about .5mm play, this currently has 0. Will update if bearing fails early but so far VERY GOOD inexpensive replacement with no wait time for overseas shipping. Delivered next day!!!! Thank You...

This block was covered in machine oil that had become sticky. I had to take the block apart to clean, replace the bearings, and oil before use. In the process of reassembly, one of the retainer wires flew off and got lost. Piece of garbage!!

Replaced a broken Hiwin carriage, fit is perfect and movement is smooth. I replaced 4 blocks.

Surprisingly good. I did have to lube them up prior to install but was surprised how good they really are.
