Great watch at a great price
This is the first Google version of the Pixel watch, so it's way cheaper, but new, not renewed. The improvements on the latest did not appeal to me so I think this was a great purchase. The newest has some new and more precise sensors they say, and a battery that lasts a little longer between charges but it depend son how you use it so if you are with the screen ON all the time fooling arround with it, it won't last as predicted. All versions can run the latest software so that's a plus. For my use I think the battery on this one lasts enough, more than two days.It is easy to charge as it's magnetic and it charges really fast so it's absolutely not an issue.I like the style very much, I like the smaller size on this than most watches, the polished stainless steel case and a flatter glass dome than the newer ones. All in all, this is just perfect.

Amazing watch for the price
The wife loves this entry level smartwatch from a legitimate source. We tried the cheap no names and they are a wasted effort.

Not bad some quarks but decent
Got this since I had a Pixel phone anyway & wanted a smartwatch that went with it nicely. So far it's been Ok. Battery life has been consistent with two nights & one day. Fitbit stuff is questionably accurate because I've noticed the sleep data doesn't match with some of my actual sleep experience for example there were times I've been awake since 6 or 7am yet it's saying I didn't get up till 9am. Also it's weird they have a heart app when all it does is take you to the Fitbit app anyway. I just want a simple way to check my heart rate & blood pressure that doesn't require an account or force me to see ads. Build quality seems Ok though. Bumped this thing on doors & stuff a few times & haven't broken the screen or anything yet. I do sometimes wish the screen was square instead of round which would make the UI easier to use & see. I am glad I waited till it hit this cheap because it doesn't seem like it was worth the price it originally was when it was a new release. The band is comfortable at least. I can wear it for days & hardly notice I'm wearing it. I just have to avoid getting water under it or it will irritate my skin if I don't dry it all the way. Charger is fast but doesn't magnetically connect to it very well so it comes off easily. Also don't like how it's USB C. I'm just glad I had a USB C to A adapter for it.

Stopped working after less than 3 months of use & customer service disrespectful
I purchased this watch and started using it a month and a half after receipt, so it was in use a little over 2 1/2 months. Also, I did not wear this watch everyday. I did not wear it to work much. I used it primarily when I work out, and for sleep tracking, so there has been extremely minimal use. When charging the watch, from the start, I had to move it around on the charger to make connection. I never had a Pixel watch before so I figured it had to be aligned precisely. Turns out, the watch probably was defective at the factory as this problem just continued to get worse. The watch totally stopped charging yesterday. I didn't want to wait for Google to send me a new charger, so I went out and purchased a new Google charger. This made no difference. I tried many different outlets in my house and at my friend's house. I tried many power cubes. I tried portable battery chargers with A direct connection and no power cube. I have plugged this watch into every type of electricity that I could find. When I called Google they wanted all kinds of pictures from me. They wanted my receipt from Amazon even though through Amazon, this purchase was made directly with the Google store and Google had the date that I purchased, my warranty number and my serial number on their website when I put in my information. Asking me to send them a receipt for something that they already have a receipt for is utterly ridiculous. I had to take pictures of the chargers, the battery cube I used, pictures of the front and the back of my watch. Prior to calling Google, I spent approximately 4 hours going through all the troubleshooting that I could find. I rebooted the watch, I factory reset the watch, I removed the watch from my phone, then I rebooted my phone. I put the app back on my phone etc, etc. By this time, the battery was nearly depleted and it would not allow me to get to settings to turn on the Bluetooth to try to pair it to my phone so I could do no more troubleshooting on my own. I cleaned the watch to make sure there was no debris or dust. I did everything possible! The rep at Google said it takes 24 to 48 hours for him to get an answer back from the "powers that be" regarding what they're going to do for me BUT I MUST SEND THOSE PICTURES! The support representative stated they are going to "try to help" me many times. What is this? "Try"? This watch comes with one year warranty. Why should I not just get immediate help after I have gone through all the troubleshooting myself and sent them every picture that they requested??? Google used to provide exceptional support for all my products, not that I've had to contact them much. I have a fully connected Google Home, which provides our internet and automation. And I have had Pixel phones since inception. I will never purchase another Google product. After all the years that I have been with Google, from all the software I use and purchased, such as Google One support, to buying my website domain and hosting my website, and a litany of other ways I use Google (I know they keep records of all this because when I log in with my email address I see everything there) I certainly do not feel that a DAY ONE customer should be treated like a liar and a thief. My reputation with Google is well documented. But instead of them saying thank you for being a lifelong customer, I am treated like trash. Not only am I frustrated and tired, I'm heartbroken. Shame on you, Google.
