Yes. These are the plastic ones. Which I personally prefer because the cloth ones tear easy.

Q: Very disappointed ... the tabs don't hold at all. I have to use tape to hold them on. How do I return them and get my money back???

It's been my experience that these tapes actually hold VERY well after a few minutes. Usually, when they dont,it's because they are being pulled too tightly. If you pull the bottom 2 tabs up at approximately a 45 degree angle and attach them it seems to "fit" the groin and leg area without pulling too tightly on the tapes.

Q: Are these as absorbent as the Fit Flex?

I think that they are comparable. If anything, they might be a tad more absorbent because there seems to be more of the stuff that does the absorbing.

Q: Will these stop leakage when lying down?

For a man, if laying on their back, the men’s Depends will prevent urine leakage, but a bowel movement will likely leak beyond the heavily padded part. There are pad inserts you can buy to help with that. If he sleeps on his stomach, no leakage will probably happen.
