works as I hoped
My new (to me) 1971 house has a cast iron floor drain in the basement. The threading on the clean out is corroded and unusable. I first bought a similar plug by Oatey from Schmome Bleepo, but it didn't expand sufficiently for a decent fit. This plug expands dramatically more and seems to provide a tight seal. Kind of a PITA to install: I had to wrap the threading in painter's tape and hold with pliers while I turned the nut with a racheting hex wrench, but it worked.

I changed the nut to a wing nut. Make it easier to install.

Hard to find locally! Good product!
Just what I was looking for. Needed to cut off conduit flush with the concrete on a outside patio and needed to plug it without anything sticking up to cause a trip hazard. Worked perfect! Good quality too.
