Can’t go wrong taking garlic for your health. I’ve been using this supply for years and my numbers have all been steady or have decreased. My grandpa started taking these in his late 60’s and told me to start in my early 30’s, which was twenty years ago. Easy to swallow and they do the job.

I especially like that these gel caps are round. They’re easy to distinguish from my D3, which is oval, but looks exactly the same otherwise.

This is the ONLY garlic product that is truly odorless and I have tried them all. In terms of black garlic which is the best, I haven’t managed to find an odorless. When you open the bottle there is a mild garlic smell, I leave it open next to baking soda because even that little will bother me. I buy 3-4 at the time and transfer them to one bottle .
