Q: No lights come on at all, What could be the problem?

The lights are so delicate that it is very easy to damage them. If you put them in as you were building, you might have cut the wire by not placing the wire correctly. Has to be in between the bricks or it will cut the wire. If you turned them on prior to building the cabin you will probably need to contact seller. Hope this helps.

They come with a lighting kit. If you bought it from funwhole, reach out to them. They are very good with customer service.

Q: How do you work upstairs light because they aren't turning on no matter I put it?

My gable lights wouldn't come on initially, either. I'm not sure if that's what you're having problems with, but I had installed the two contacts backwards. Maybe your contacts are installed backwards too? Try repositioning them opposite the way you have them now and see if that works!
